These pictures really make me smile. We are a family who loves to read. If it is on our own or together as a family a good book is something to forever be treasured. It looks like Tucker will have a huge love of books just like his brother. This makes us very happy because both Kris and I believe that great books and reading are so very important.

U2 3D

Last night Kris and I went to the Bob Bullock museum with some friends to see the U2 3D Imax. I love U2 and the show was fantastic. If you are a Bono and U2 lover then this is a must see!

Breathtaking and Relaxing

Today was our 8th anniversary. Kris woke me up this morning and said that he had scheduled a day for me at the Lake Austin Spa Resort. I was so excited. He stayed home with Tucker and I was able to go and spend all day there. I had never been before and it was fantastic. The grounds were gorgeous and I loved looking at all of the plants and flowers. My favorite part of the day was laying in the hammock down by the lake's edge after my message and pedicure. It is well worth it. I will probably never go anywhere else and I highly recommend it.

The Beginning of Many!

Yea! We went to the pool today and it was so gorgeous. The little one was not very happy at first. However, he eventually got over it and loved the water. He even took a little siesta afterwards! I have a feeling he is going to love the water as much as his older brother! P.S. This little white boy needs some sun! Ha!

First Science Fair Project!

Ty finished his science fair project tonight. He presents it to his class and the parents on Friday afternoon. He was so excited about his project and came up with the topic on his own! It is crazy to me how they start things so early these days!

The Party Continues!

Last night we went to Tarverna for Amy's birthday. It was great getting to visit and have champagne, wine and great food. It was a good time!

Birthday Girl!

Today was Amy's birthday and a few of us went to dinner with her and Jon on Saturday to celebrate. We had such a fantastic time and it was great to celebrate with my sister.
